Corona Outbreak: All hearings are postponed in Turkey

As per the Supreme Council of Judges and Prosecutors’ decision dated 30 March,2020, some additional measures are taken to minimize the risks of the pandemic as well as to protect the health of the public and judicial personnel.  Accordingly; all hearings, negotiations and discoveries of the first-instance judicial and administrative courts, as well as the regional courts of justice and regional administrative courts with the exception of detention, investigation and prosecution files with short statute of limitation, requests for suspension of execution, and other works and proceedings to be considered urgent are postponed until (including) April 30, 2020.
