Whitney and Stratulat Albulescu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Panel 4: Legal, compliance, and operational challenges in T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;s defence industry \u2014 with Turkish Aerospace and Nurol Teknoloji<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Panel 5: Compliance governance in high-sensitivity defence projects \u2014 featuring Noerr, DGS Associates and Loyens &amp;
