In this regard, this Privacy Notice, prepared to inform you about the processing of your personal data within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (\u201cLPPD\u201d) during the Event, is submitted for your review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hereby notify you that your personal data specified below shall, in all circumstances, be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processed within the framework of and in a manner connected, limited, and proportionate to the purpose requiring such processing for the execution of Event-related processes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintained in its accurate and most up-to-date form as notified to us;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recorded, stored, reorganized, shared with institutions authorized by law to request such data, and transferred to third parties under the conditions stipulated by the LPPD, classified, and processed in other ways enumerated in the LPPD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Which Personal Data Do We Process?<\/strong><br>Identity data such as name-surname, contact data such as e-mail address and mobile phone number, information regarding the sector you work in and your position, and, if applicable, information regarding your nutritional preferences are recorded and processed within the scope of Event application and participation processes. Additionally, financial data such as tax number and account number are recorded and processed within the scope of sponsorship processes. While your visual data is not processed on an individual basis by Herdem, your image may be captured within general photographs and video recordings taken during the Event sessions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How and For Which Reasons Do We Collect Your Personal Data?<\/strong><br>For the evaluation of your Event application and to facilitate participation in the Event, your identity, contact, and professional data, as well as nutritional preference information (if any), are collected through the written or electronic application form filled out by you, and subsequently through e-mail correspondence or telephone calls conducted in necessary cases such as modification requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the execution of sponsorship processes, your identity, contact, and financial data are collected through e-mails, telephone calls, or face-to-face meetings conducted with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photographs and video recordings will be taken in sessions and common areas during the Event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data<\/strong><br>Your identity, contact, and professional data are processed by Herdem for the purposes of: Receiving and evaluating Event applications and notifying you of rejection or approval, conducting necessary communication for your participation or for modification and cancellation notifications, performing participant registration procedures during the Event and ensuring Event security; your financial data is processed for the execution of payment and invoicing transactions for sponsorship; your nutritional preference information is processed for the provision of food and refreshments in line with your preferences within the scope of the Event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photography and video recordings of the Event may be utilized for the announcement and promotional activities of the Event and other future organizations to be conducted by Herdem, through methods such as publication on the Herdem website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process your personal data for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed, and in any case, for the duration of the statutory limitation periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sharing Your Personal Data with Third Parties<\/strong><br>Your personal data is shared with the Event venue management for organizational processes. Within the framework of lawful requests and decisions and within the scope of our legal obligations, your personal data may be shared with public institutions and organizations, courts, or law enforcement forces where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your Rights<\/strong><br>Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, provided that you prove your identity to us in person, you may, regarding your personal data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learn whether we process personal data about you, and if so, request information regarding this;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn whether your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and to whom;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data and the notification of the recipients to whom this data has been transferred;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request the destruction (deletion, destruction, or anonymization) of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the LPPD;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of your destruction request;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Object to the results of personal data analysis generated exclusively using an automated system if these results are against your interests;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note that we will evaluate which destruction method is appropriate according to the conditions of the specific case, and you may request information regarding the reason for our choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests in your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
